Welcome To The Jam Cafe Nutrition Guide For 2025

Please note that is NOT the official Jam Cafe Nutritional Guide but rather one I put together myself. There was no nutritional information on their website, so hopefully this can give you a rough idea of the macronutrients and calories.

Why did I put this nutrition guide together? Many people like to know how many calories they are consuming, they may be on a particular diet, or even following a weight loss program.

What & Where Is Jam Cafe?

If you’re not living in Vancouver or the Lower Mainland, you probably would not be aware of this breakfast/brunch hotspot, but it’s very good to say the least. Their flagship restaurant in Vancouver is at 556 Beatty Street, and this is right around the corner from the Stadium-Chinatown sky train station and right beside Chambar (another well known restaurant).

I have only ever been to Jam Cafe on Beatty Street, but there are a few other restaurants and I am sure the food is just as good!
