What Are My Thoughts On Protein Gummies?

What are my thoughts on protein gummies and other health focused gummies? I am a little skeptical to be honest.
Earlier this year, there were multiple creatine gummies which were third party tested and were shown to have barley any creatine or nothing close to the label information.
One of the brands tested only contained 0.0849 grams of creatine when it should have had 1.5 grams. Instead of eating 4 gummies to get the recommended dosage, you would have to eat more than 50 gummies. Very misleading, and much more expensive compared to your typical creatine monohydrate powders.
I love the innovation but not the deceptiveness of the brands.
Vancouver Candy Brands Are Built Different 💪
Before there was Gummy Gainz, there was Smart Sweets. Smart Sweets developed the magic candy formula and brought you all of your favorites (Sour Blast Buddies, Cola Gummies, Gummy Worms, Sweet Fish & Peach Rings ) with much less sugar, calories and some even being plant-based.
I crushed countless packages of Smart Sweets and loved them all. This makes me even more excited to try Gummy Gainz, and get the extra protein benefit.
What is better than hitting your daily protein goal? Eating candy and hitting your protein goal.
